Ida is a managing director in Investor Relations, where she is involved across all areas of investor relations and engages with the firm’s broad constituents. From 2008 to 2013, she was an associate general counsel in the Corporate Governance area of the firm’s Finance and Corporate Legal Group, providing legal oversight of the firm’s corporate governance and corporate secretarial obligations and legal counsel on public company matters and disclosure issues. Prior to that, Ida was assistant general counsel in the firm’s Investment Banking Legal Group for three years, focusing on structuring and execution of financing transactions. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2011.
Prior to joining the firm, Ida was a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2000 to 2004 in the Paris and New York offices.
Ida earned a BA from Duke University in 1997 and a JD from Harvard Law School in 2000.
Ida and her husband, Elan Irom, and their daughter, Sadie, live in New York City.
