Dr. Behnaz Z. Quigley is Professor of Accounting and Entrepreneurship at Marymount University. She received her Ph.D. from University of Maryland in Management Policy in 1987. Dr. Quigley has over 30 years of experience in teaching and administration of higher education. She has served as the Head of the Business School at Mountvernon College, D.C., Chair of the Accounting Dept. at Howard University, Washington, D.C., and Associate Dean of School of Business at Marymount University where she currently is a tenured professor.

She is the author of numerous books and articles in various journals such as journal of Business and Behavioral Science; Accounting Horizons of American Accounting Association; Journal of Professional Bookkeeping and Management; Journal of Direct Marketing, Journal of Washington Business Research Forum, and Journal of Advanced Management of Society for Advancement of Management. Dr. Quigley is the founder of University Systems Associate, an educational and financial management consulting firm, with numerous consultancies with public and private enterprises, including UITM in Malaysia.

Dr Quigley has been a Sam Walton Fellow since 1991 and has served as SIFE advisor in three universities. She has conducted training seminars for the Georgetown University Entrepreneurship Training Program and the Center for Cultural Diversity. Her biography has appeared in various issues of Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who in the World since 1984.
