Roya Ferdows is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Member of the International Coaching Federation (ACC). Her passion for Health, Fitness and a Balanced Life has led her to pursue a career in Life Coaching and to her commitment to help others lead their lives with purpose and fulfillment. Roya’s openness and authentic interest in people gives her a unique quality as a coach who is compassionate, embracing her clients with support as they pursue their dreams and goals.

Roya is also a Personal Trainer and has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a Post Masters degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University. After living in France for 10 years, Roya and her family moved to Bethesda, MD where she has been living for the past 24 years.
