Biography

Elnaz Zarrini is an associate in the Corporate Department in Morrison & Foerster’s New York Office. Her practice focuses on fund formation and general corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Zarrini was a complex commercial litigation and white collar associate for another international law firm. In this capacity, she represented private equity, corporate clients and executives in a broad range of matters including restructuring, contractual disputes, complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, securities and intellectual property litigation, government investigations and FCPA matters.
Ms. Zarrini received her J.D. in 2011 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the associate editor for the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. While in law school, Ms. Zarrini also interned for Judge Donald Pogue of the United States Court of International Trade, the legal department of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, and The Legal Aid’s Prisoners’ Rights Project.
Ms. Zarrini is fluent in Farsi.
