Fariba Bolourieh is currently working as the Associate Director at the Iranian American Women Foundation. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton. Her focus of study was on Mentoring Iranian-American Women to become Global citizens. She was the FULBRIGHT scholar from 2007-2008 at the University of Arizona and worked as the Farsi Language TA at the Department of Near Eastern Languages. She has 10 years of experience teaching, coordinating and supervising at schools and universities. She has experience in running researches and surveys, non-profits & business sector, as well as critical and cultural studies.
