Sogand Shoja holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Prior to joining PRT as Senior Vice President , she was an Engineering Manager at Honeywell Optoelectronics, the state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing company. Under the mentorship of brilliant minds such as Gary Pittman (Inventor of Light Emitting Diode and Dr. Edward Deming, Sogand was the first female engineering manager at Honeywell in Dallas.
Her extensive experience in process development, optimization and years of teaching statistical thinking to analyze and improve products has been key to implementing effective solutions for PRT’s clients. As a result, the startup company has grown to be the leader in energy forecasting services to over 160 companies world wide. Ms. Shoja has played and continues to play a fundamental role in PRT’s overall marketing and strategic development efforts.
She also serves on the board of Dallas Museum of Art.
