Mojdeh has a passion for leadership, adventure, innovation, and connecting ideas and resources to make amazing things happen.
Over the past four years, Mojdeh has successfully produced TEDxOrangeCoast, one of the largest TEDx conferences globally, and more recently, she has been dedicating her time to producing TEDxKish.
Mojdeh is the President of Enovant Foundation, a non-profit organization that creates and accelerates community driven initiatives. She is also the founding member of InnovatorsOC, a citizen-based non-profit that invests in individuals and organizations who are working to create self-sustaining enterprises that address social problems.
In addition to being a TEDster, Mojdeh serves on the board of Wireless Emporium and various start-ups.
Mojdeh began her career in the tech industry as an executive at Honeywell, then Oracle France, Oracle Japan and Oracle Corporation. There, she led a team of international key players across 93 countries and contributed to the $2.8B in revenue for Oracle. Entrepreneurial aptitude, an ability to forge strong alliances, strategic and tactical planning skills, and maintaining collaborative working relationships are among her forte.
Mojdeh earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tehran University of Science, her MBA from ESSEC in France, a diploma in Strategic Alliances from INSEAD and a diploma in Financial Management from Stanford. Mojdeh has studied, worked and lived in various countries across three continents and speaks Farsi, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
