Fery Malek Madani is a curator, producer and film director. In the past decades, Feri has worked to promote the understanding among people from the West and the Middle Eastern countries and build bridges between the nations. Supporting the female artists in Iran has been the main focus of her artistic endeavors. Feri Malek Madani has curated several successful exhibitions for female artists of Iranian origin. Among them is Unexposed which was held on 2012 and featured 40 women who are born after the Islamic revolution in Iran. Unexposed Wishes is her most recent photograph exhibition which has show cased Iranian female high school students hopes and aspirations. The exhibition has been held across Iran, European countries and some parts of the United States.
Feri is the director of Art Canara, an organization that aims to promote understanding of cultures through arts.
Ms. Malek Madani also served as the head of Omar Khayam, a Belgium-based association that was working on intercultural issues with schools in Brussels in order to prevent extremism. She is also among the founders of the Ellestournent Women Film Festival of Brussels.
