I am Health Coach, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Vegan Chef. I have been teaching conscious cooking and nutrition to communities in southern Orange County for the last six years. My mission is to bring awareness to families and communities about healthy eating and healthy life style. I have facilitated numerous workshops for kids and women to involve them in conscious grocery shopping and healthy cooking to bring happiness and health to their homes and bring their family closer. My focus in my healing practice is to prevent disease through the right diet and life style based on the five natural elements. I have studied the science of yoga and its sister science; Ayurveda ( knowledge of life) and have done extensive internships on ancient detoxification techniques for body and mind which are part of my practice right now. I had a special interest in herbs and natural products from the young age. And I have been working with United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, which inspired me more about food and plants.
