A two-time USC graduate. Niaz Peyrovan received a Master in Landscape Architecture, MLA and a Certificate in Architecture at USC. She also earned a B.S. in Public Policy, Management, and Planning as an undergraduate at USC, with an emphasis in urban planning and minors in architecture, and construction planning and management.
During her undergraduate career, Niaz worked with the Student Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) at SOL Price School of Public Policy exploring the methodology of housing types in the City of Santa Monica. Niaz was recognized for her work at SOL Price with an interim showcase and honorable mention in the USC Daily Trojan.
Niaz possesses over four years of professional experience interning at architectural firms, where she worked with many well-known national accounts while developing excellent leadership and project management skills. Additionally, she has worked with non-profit architectural organizations in the Greater Los Angeles area, and is active in various non-curricular programs that support improving communities.
