Sarvenaz Bahar is a Certified Appellate Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She obtained her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania. After practicing for over 14 years with the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster, she set up her own appellate firm, Bahar Law Office. She handles appeals and writs in California and federal courts of appeal, and assists trial counsel with preserving issues for appeal and drafting substantive motions. Ms. Bahar was selected by Southern California Super Lawyers in the area of appellate law in 2013. This honor is reserved for the top 5% of lawyers in Southern California. She is an officer of the Appellate Courts Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
