The Iranian American Women Foundation is dedicated to supporting deserving students in achieving their goals of pursuing higher education in the United States. We provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate strong academic commitment and meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Be a U.S. citizen or hold valid legal status in the United States (including F-1 visa holders)
• Be enrolled in a U.S. educational institution
• Demonstrate financial need
• Be in good academic standing
Please note that applicants participating in the IAW Foundation Mentorship Program are given priority consideration.

Yes. Applicants must be in good academic standing, be a U.S. citizen or hold valid legal status in the United States, be enrolled in a U.S. educational institution, and demonstrate financial need.
Yes. Non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply, provided they hold valid legal status and are pursuing their education in the United States.
Yes. Scholarships are available for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students.
Decisions will be sent via email to the address provided in your application.
Our Scholarship Review Committee will finalize decisions approximately one month after the application deadline. You will be notified of your application status via email using the address provided in your submission.
