Anita Sabine is a partner in the Real Estate & Land Use practice at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Sabine represents owners, developers, investors and others in a range of financing, development and investment-related transactions. She counsels senior management at both public and private companies in formulating and implementing growth strategies and providing legal support to a range of internal departments within their organizations.
Ms. Sabine is the recipient of the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award, and was named one of Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence. In addition to her legal practice, she serves on the Executive Committee of the Central City Association, as the Vice Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property Section and has served on the USC Real Estate and Business Law Forum’s Program and Planning Committees.
Ms. Sabine received her Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of California, Irvine magna cum laude and her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Order of the Coif.
