After graduating from California State University, Northridge with a Journalism degree, I decided to continue my life in Los Angeles, and pursue a career in law. With nearly 20 years of experience including, in-house legal in the entertainment and hospitality industries, I have an extensive background in business and legal affairs, including legal compliance, contract review, and working with various regulators and law enforcement officials. I provide legal support to business leaders on general corporate matters, business development, real estate, merger & acquisitions, and finance closings, and led various special projects. I have previously worked for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, SBE Entertainment Group, Live Nation Clubs & Theaters, Nossaman LLP, and am now the Director of Legal & Business Affairs for SaveLive, a live music entertainment company based in Beverly Hills, CA.
