Biography

Sahar is a Certified Integral Coach whose professional expertise includes nearly two decades as a senior and executive leader specializing in Sales and Business Development. She knows how to achieve results in fast-paced, high pressure environments.

Sahar obtained her certification as an Integral Coach from New Ventures West, certified as a Leadership Embodiment Associate, and is Founder and Principal of Anthos Solutions. She is devoted to helping leaders, teams, and organizations work together more effectively and skillfully. Sahar has worked with professionals at all levels in healthcare, technology, biotechnology, and insurance and financial services become skillful listeners, powerful advocators, and inspirational leaders. Prior to starting her coaching and consulting practice, she attained a deep and rich background of nearly twenty years leadership experience in sales and business development working with organizations in the biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, and hospitality industries. Sahar is Consulting Partner with Whitten and Roy Partnership, a sales consultancy for socially minded businesses and recently joined The Coaching Fellowship providing executive coaching for extraordinary young women leaders globally. She has also done extensive work with young leaders through the Braven Leadership Accelerator at San Jose State University and The Change Leadership Foundation in the UK.

Sahar holds a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley. Sahar has been a long-time student of wisdom traditions including The School of Practical Philosophy in California, the Diamond Approach, a spiritual path dedicated to the cultivation of the truth; as well as, Aletheia, a school offering a path for integral unfoldment. Sahar serves on the board of the San Francisco chapter of the International Coach Federation as Director of Membership, the Iranian American Women Foundation, has served on the board of GirlVentures and is currently Advisor to a San Francisco based technology start-up.

Sahar enjoys being in nature, playing piano and singing, studying Eastern and Western philosophy, hiking, art and theater, poetry, cooking and hosting dinner parties, boxing with her trainer, and dancing. She is fluent in English, Farsi and Turkish. Her upbringing and extensive world travel have cultivated an appreciation for and enabled cross-cultural awareness.
