Mana Kharrazi is the Executive Director of Iranian Alliances Across Borders (IAAB), a 501(c)3 nonpolitical, nonreligious organization dedicated to community building and youth empowerment. Since 2003, IAAB has empowered over 1000 Iranian-American youth through programs such as Camp Javan and Camp Ayandeh for middle school and high school students. Through IAAB, youth become active Iranian-American leaders in their communities. IAAB is most notably recognized for its celebrated Camp Ayandeh and International Conferences on the Iranian Diaspora and has been featured on CNN and CNN International, The Washington Post, Huffington Post and PBS Frontline’s Tehran Bureau.

Prior to joining IAAB full-time, Mana was a Field Organizer at Amnesty International USA, leading Amnestys organizing and campaigning in the South. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in International Studies and Middle Eastern Studies, along with a minor in Persian.
