Mehrnaz (Mona) Ameli is President of Take Shape For Life, the largest division of Medifast (MED). She has 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industries with direct-to-consumer organizations worldwide. The only corporate senior-positioned Iranian-American woman in the $178 billion Direct Selling industry, Mona has spent more than 16 years of her career in management and executive leadership roles four continents.

Ranked among the Top 20 Most Influential Women in the Direct Selling Industry and as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in the state of California by the National Diversity Council (2013), Ameli has been recognized for her leadership, vision, and influence. Her passion resides in providing women from all walks of life the opportunity to better their lives and that of their families and communities.

Mona holds a Diploma of Economics and an MBA from University of Paris-Dauphine and a Post-Master Degree in Marketing from University of Paris-Creteil.
