Monica Safapour specializes in wealth planning for high-net-worth clients at Wells Fargo Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. Previously, Ms. Safapour was a staff attorney for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a leading non-profit in Southern California. Her practice areas included government benefits, estate planning, housing, consumer issues, and employment rights. Prior to joining Bet Tzedek Legal Services, Ms. Safapour ran her own practice focusing on estate and tax planning, trust administration, probate, and fiduciary litigation. Ms. Safapour received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. with Distinction and a Concentration in Taxation from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation at Loyola Law School.

Ms. Safapour is the National Vice President of the Iranian American Bar Association. She has been active with the organization since 2008, serving as the 2010-2011 Northern California Chapter President and the 2012 Los Angeles Chapter President. In addition, Ms. Safapour served as Co-Chair of the Barristers Taxation Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco in 2011.
