Through her role at Pars Equality Center, Nazy advises community members in many areas of the law, including in immigration, litigation, criminal, sanctions, civil rights and family law. She also advocates for the community, often in collaboration with other organizations.

Prior to joining Pars, she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust and trade regulation cases, aviation cases, breach of contract and commercial disputes, employment disputes, personal injury cases, insurance coverage and bad faith cases, as well as discrimination and civil rights cases. Nazy is a native of Minnesota and received her BA from Marquette University in Wisconsin. In 2001, she received her JD from Marquette University Law School, cum laude, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class. She served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review, earned CALI Awards for Excellence, and became a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, National Jesuit Honor Society. She is admitted to practice in California, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
