My name is Soha Ghanian and I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona. As a high school student, I was selected to participate in an eight-year combined MD/baccalaureate program at Brown University. I am currently a medical student at Brown Alpert Medical School.

Words alone cannot express how thankful and humbled I am to be a part of the Iranian American Women Foundation. Through this foundation and the mentorship program, I have been able to connect with successful and like-minded Iranian American women throughout the country. In addition to valuable mentorship, this foundation has provided me and other Iranian-American students with financial assistance to be able to pursue our dreams and goals and materialize our aspirations.
