| Biography | Yalda Moshiri is an investor ecosystem builder, nonprofit leader, and entrepreneur dedicated to expanding access, opportunity, and representation for founders and innovators. She currently serves as the Angel Oregon Program Director at Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, where she designs and leads statewide investment and education programs connecting early-stage companies with capital, mentorship, and long-term growth pathways. A two-time founder, Yalda brings a multidisciplinary background spanning technology, hardware, marketplace platforms, consumer packaged goods, and retail, with prior experience at Fortune 100 companies including Amazon and Disney. Her work sits at the intersection of economic development, capital formation, and inclusive entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on supporting underrepresented founders as they navigate fundraising, valuations, and due diligence. An Iranian immigrant who became a U.S. citizen in 2010, Yalda’s professional mission is deeply rooted in her lived experience and in the belief that economic empowerment is one of the most powerful tools for long-term community impact. She has been mentored by pioneering women leaders throughout her career, shaping her commitment to building ecosystems where women – especially future generations of girls – are not only included, but positioned to lead. |
