Moderator: Kimia Moeini was born and raised in Iran until the age of 13. She then moved to Dubai with her family, where she attended a French Lebanese school. She later pursued her Bachelors's and Masters's degrees in Finance and Banking between Dubai-UAE, Vancouver-Canada, and New York-US, before settling in the Northern California-United States for work. She has been in the Banking, Pharmaceutical, and Technology sector and is now an Artificial Intelligence Program Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Her interests are in women studies and psychology, and she has devoted years to reading and pondering the issues surrounding gender issues and their socioeconomic impact. Her passion for education and teaching, and her love of psychology have put her at work with kids since the age of 14. She Has tutored, coached, and mentored kids of age 6-23 throughout school and college for 20 years, and considers teaching as a magic gift she cherishes at every stage of life. Her favorite of all is confidence coaching teenagers to be their best and make their best decisions at a crucial point in life.
 
Panelist: Maryam Ebadi is a proud member of the Iranian American community who serves as an assistant vice president, branch manager, and financial literacy instructor at U.S. Bank. Maryam has over five years of experience as a banking and financial professional. She is a result-driven leader with an agile mindset, well versed in various aspects of banking including retail banking, business banking, credit analysis, loans, and leadership. She prides herself on assisting and coaching her clients to achieve their financial goals. Moreover, Maryam is passionate and committed to advising and educating small business owners on the financial resources available to cultivate and expand their business to the next level. She is fluent in Farsi, Turkish, and English and happy to serve the Iranian American community with their financial needs.
 
Panelist: Nellie Keyhani is the Vice President of Advisory Services with Whittier Trust, the largest private wealth management firm in the United States headquartered on the West Coast. As the youngest Vice President in the firm’s history, Nellie advises on client relationships, serves on the firm’s executive corporate marketing committee, and manages relationships with luxury partners such as Tiffany & Co., Tesla, and others. Nellie is also involved in numerous global and local non-profit initiatives including the Patron Council for Farhang Foundation and as a trustee for IAWF.
