Donna Ghalambor is a transformational and leadership coach, speaker and entrepreneur. She is the president of SophArian Consulting and Coaching, LLC and serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Southern California teaching career advancement and professional development.

She holds two graduate degrees in science, including a degree in Applied Psychology from USC. She is a Certified Professional Coach with the designation of Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership Index from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. By the virtue of her experience in the academic arena in the field of psychology, her approach to coaching is unique, scientific and methodical, utilizing the principals of Positive Psychology and new trends in Leadership Development.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial industry, building a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and streamlining finances for individuals and a myriad of small and medium-sized businesses, she developed an unparalleled talent and skill for helping individuals identify the underlying factors hindering their performance in different aspects of life.

Donna is actively engaged in her community and has contributed significantly to causes involving women’s empowerment and professional excellence. Her leading involvements include facilitating Top Performer Coaching Program and Alumni Alliance seminars at Women Helping Women and serving on the Board of Directors at the Iranian American Women Foundation.
