Ghazaleh Rafati is licensed in the state of California and have completed certification and training in neuropsychological assessment. She is a trained psychotherapist, and, in that capacity, has worked primarily with children, adolescents and their families in a variety of settings, including: an inpatient psychiatric hospital, a brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation unit, community-based outpatient clinics, public and private schools and private practice setting. Ghazaleh has received training in working with children from many different cultural, racial, sexual orientation and socioeconomic backgrounds. In addition, she works with the LGBT community around the issues of coming-out and gender transitions. Currently, Ghazaleh is in private practice in Corte Madera where she conducts therapy and neuropsychological assessment with children and young adults as well as work with couples and families.
