Leila Mozaffari, the Executive Director of the Institute for Workforce Development at Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) has extensive experience in assisting diverse businesses and entrepreneurs to grow their business at a healthy pace. Since joining RSCCD in 2006, Leila has focused her efforts in bringing increased resources and services to Orange County’s vibrant business community. Prior to accepting her new position as the Executive Director of the Institute for Workforce Development, Ms. Mozaffari managed the operations of the OCSBDC assisting more than 3,000 small business owners and entrepreneurs annually to start new businesses, grow and expand their businesses and enter new markets. Over the years, she has been instrumental in expanding Corporate and Government Business Development services and matchmaking programs which is credited with helping woman-owned, minority-owned and small businesses successfully bid and win contracts. Ms. Mozaffari is active in the community and serves on many boards in an advisory or fiduciary capacity.
