Negar Doroudian has been working for the Health Care Agency in the County of Orange since 2007. She started her County career working as a Program Monitor for the department of Drug and Alcohol and then moved to the Workforce Education & Training department where she helped plan County trainings and conferences related to a variety of behavioral health topics. In 2014, Ms. Doroudian was given a Senate recognition award entitled “Women Making a Difference” and a Certificate of Congressional Recognition for her work on Integrating Spirituality and Behavioral Health through a series of Spirituality trainings, as well as providing Mental Health First Aid trainings to hundreds of community members within Orange County. Ms. Doroudian has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is currently working as a Program Supervisor for the County’s Innovation Programs funded by the Mental Health Services Act.
