Roxi Jahanshahi is an advocate for empowerment, leadership and diversity of thought for young people. Over the last 11 years, she has built extensive experience in delivering and developing a range of programmes that inspire young people to dream bigger and develop their own social and professional networks. Her roles have always utilised strong partnerships with a range of organisations including Santander, CBRE, Barclays, Sapient and Serpentine Gallery. In 2015, Roxi was awarded an MA with Distinction at Goldsmiths, University of London where her research on accountability and fundraising won the Paul Hendrich Award. She is currently the Programmes Manager for You Make It; a creative, empowerment programme for women in London to realize and fulfil their own potential. Roxi feels extremely proud to represent an organization that encourages women to �love what you do, and do it with love�; an ethos which is clearly reflected in her own career.
