Rozita Moazemi-Farhani is the VP of Change Management and Training for the CBRE group, the world’s largest commercial real estate company, headquartered in Los Angeles. In her current position she oversees a team of 10+ change and training practitioners who globally support all of CBRE’s business lines through consultative services. In her previous roles with Deloitte, she managed critical initiatives in the areas of change management, project management, technology implementation and large scale transformations across a wide range of industries. Most recently, Rozita supported the development and management of Deloitte Caribbean’s talent function and acted as a strategic business partner to the firm’s leaders while driving select initiatives in the human capital space.
A working mother based in Toronto, Rozita holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Kings College London (UK) and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
