Career development lies at the heart of that premise. In her “For Profit” world, as Co-Founder and CEO of AyZar Inc, Shirin creates value through real estate investment and development.
 
Shirin Zarkesh serves as the driving force for AYZAR INC. and its continued success and expansion. Shirin has over 30 years of hands-on experience in development, finance, business planning, property management and real estate acquisition.

In her 20’s, Shirin was very successful with personal real investment acquisitions. She took that success to the corporate world working in the Finance Division for the Marriott Corporation, and then in a variety of project management, finance, strategic and business planning roles for The Walt Disney Company. This experience provided the tools and expertise needed to launch AyZar Development LLC along with his partner and husband and grow it into the company it is today, AyZar Inc.

Shirin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in Business Management, Journalism, and Mass Communication.
