Ms. Shohreh Dupuis is the Assistant City Manager of the City of Laguna Beach and has been with the City for over 4 years. She has 30 years of experience in municipal government and public works in Orange County. She oversees the Public Work, Community Services, and Cultural Arts Departments along with the City’s public communication team. She has been one of the key staff, assisting the City with response to COVID-19 pandemic, and is leading many special projects and programs such as Wildfire Safety and Mitigation Plan, economic development, property acquisitions, and other City Council priorities.

Prior to joining the City, Shohreh was the Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Irvine for eight years. In addition, Ms. Dupuis previously held management level positions at the City of Anaheim, the consulting firm of Parsons Brinckerhoff, the Orange County Transportation Authority and County of Orange.

Ms. Dupuis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine. She is also the recipient of several awards for her dedication to teamwork, customer service, and outstanding performance.
