Zeba is an educational leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting youth through strategic and behind-the-scenes leadership. Her work focuses on building systems, programs, and opportunities that empower students and strengthen educational communities.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal. On her own since the age of 14, she left high school as a teenager and became a mother at 15 while facing homelessness during her pregnancy. These formative experiences instilled in her a profound resilience and a lifelong commitment to ensuring that young people—especially those navigating hardship—are supported, valued, and given equitable opportunities to succeed.

Through her leadership, she continues to shape environments where students can thrive—often working quietly but impactfully to drive meaningful change.
