I am an Iranian American/Canadian who grew up in the Washington DC area and am now living in Montreal, Quebec. I studied Marketing, and have experience working in the IT/Software industry for the last few years. I am currently building my own business with the mission to make strong leaders stronger through strength and fitness training. I spend my time outside of this training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which has become a new passion of mine along with strength training and helping people become the best versions of themselves.
