I AM EVERY WOMAN AND EVERY WOMAN IS ME

I AM EVERY WOMAN AND EVERY WOMAN IS ME

This is the statement I grow up with. I was raised in Iran at a time where the minister of education was a woman named Mrs.. Parsa The best way to describe her is that she reminded me of Golda Myer of education.

My father was a mayor of small province in Iran and as a child I remember when my mom was appointed to be in charge of woman wellness organization. She was to help woman in small villages to be provided the same right to education and health and to make sure they understand their rights. All the woman in my family became teachers, doctors and engineers. Most of these woman of similar background migrated to United states in the early 80,s They came to fulfill the dreams and desires of the previous generations. We live in a society and a time period that we expect more and want more. It is not about what we do anymore, so much as How we can influence and inspire our next generation as well.

In the time where woman still don't have an equal pay, or consider a second hand citizens in some part of the world, We stand with a loud voice and claim our own platform.
The Iranian-American woman is having their second leadership conference. We call it pathway to success and we invited some of the most influential woman of our time to come together under the same roof in one day and be able to share their experiences as well as influence the younger generation to be more and to do more.

"We believe that any woman shows up " as she is right now" with her authentic voice, personal story, wisdom and she is truly heard, a shift occurs both for the speaker and the listener."
