-- New York, NY, October 26, 2014 --

IAWF NYC 2013 Conference Committee Member, Narges Bajoghli is the co-founder of the popular non-profit Iranian Alliances Across Borders (IAAB). I learned today that IAAB is actively in fundraising mode and wanted pass along the information personally as I know people who have been in involved in this organization and truly love it. Please support if you can - or tell your friends about IAAB\'s program\'s helping to connect and develop young leaders with Iranian heritage. -- Maria Afsharian

"In 2003, IAAB started a movement. A casual conversation between two college students grew into an organization that has impacted thousands of Iranians across the world.

Our flagship program, Camp Ayandeh, began as a uniquely life-changing summer program for young Iranian Americans. Three years ago the PARSA Community Foundation supported IAAB through a generous grant so that Camp Ayandeh would continue to exist as an inclusive space for our community\'s youth.

Camp Ayandeh grew into a space for middle school, high school, university students and young professionals traveling from more than 30 states, 8 countries, and 3 continents to be a part of the Ayandeh community. But PARSA\'s grant is nearing its end. As we begin to celebrate Camp Ayandeh\'s 10th Anniversary, we need your support to continue to educate, inspire and empower our youth. Please consider giving today so that we can meet our goal of raising $100,000 by December 31st.\"
